Calibration Kit for CAP-TT01 | Checkline AC1036

The AC1036 is designed to facilitate the calibration of any CAP-TT01, MTT01, CAP-TA (CTA), CAP-T (CT) Cap Torque Tester. The kit contains a complete set of attachments required to mount the tester to a bench, as well as the necessary brackets and cable to mount weights, as follows:

Right-angle bench mounting bracket
• Cable with looped ends
• Attachment, cable to tester
• Set of hardware

CAP-TT01 torque testers must be calibrated at full scale in English units only. Refer to the CAP-TT01 user’s guide for complete calibration instructions. The following weight combinations are recommended:

CAP-TT01-12:
3.6 lb, as follows:
1 lb hanger weight- qty. 1
2 lb slotted weight – qty. 1
0.5 lb weight – qty. 1
0.1 lb weight – qty. 1

CAP-TT01-25:
7.5 lb, as follows:
1 lb hanger weight- qty. 1
5 lb slotted weight – qty. 1
1 lb weight – qty. 1
0.5 lb weight – qty. 1

CAP-TT01-50:
15 lb, as follows:
1 lb hanger weight- qty. 1
10 lb slotted weight – qty. 1
2 lb slotted weight – qty. 2

CAP-TT01-100:
30 lb, as follows:
1 lb hanger weight- qty. 1
20 lb slotted weight – qty. 1
5 lb slotted weight – qty. 1
2 lb slotted weight – qty. 2
